How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders placed before 17:00 (UK time) on weekdays go into processing the same day. Standard shipping is free on every UK order, with no hidden fees at checkout.
Can I return my order?

Not completely happy? You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. Just email info@nausin.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you the return instructions. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if that happens! Please email info@nausin.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll sort it out quickly, and returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items are completely free of charge.
How do I choose the right size?
If you're unsure or fall between two sizes, we recommend ordering one size up. Need personal advice? Email info@nausin.com with your usual size and the item you're looking at, and we'll gladly help you find your perfect fit.
